Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp oil
- 1 lb beef
- 6 oz chopped onion
- 7 oz diced celery
- 24 oz diced tomato
- 1 c cooked red kidney beans
- 1 c cooked white kidney beans
- 44 oz beef stock
- 1 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 1/2 tsp parsley
- 3/4 tsp tabasco
- 24 oz spaghetti sauce
- 4 oz dry shell pasta or small round pasta
Preparation
Step 1
Saute beef in pot with oil until brown
Add carrots, celery, onion, tomato and simmer 10 min
Drain and rinse beans and add with beef stock, oregano, pepper, tabasco, sauce and pasta, add parsley
Simmer until celery and carrots are tender, about 45 min
