Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed saltines
- cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tab. Minsed parsley
- tsp each salt, pepper, oregano, basil, celery, onion, paprika
- bay leave crushed
- 2 broiler fryers, cut up
- cup evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup cooking oil
Preparation
Step 1
Combine saltine crackers, Parmesan and dried incredients in a bowl. Dip chicken in milk, and then coat with crumbs. Place in shallow roasting pan, skin side up.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min. Brush with oil and continue baking for 30 more minutes or until golden brown.
