Ingredients

  • 1 loaf french bread
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 5 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 375°.

2. Slice bread in half lengthwise. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Spread mixture evenly over bread halves.

3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until bread is crisp and cheese is melted.
