Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin oilve oil
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk lemon juice, Dijon mustard, vinegar, and garlic in a medium bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Do Ahead: Can be made 3 days ahead. Cover and chill. Return to room temperature before using.
Yield: 3/4 cup
