- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 cup butter/margarine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract (I use butter)

Step 1
Stir flour and baking powder. In large bowl beat margarine till soft. Add sugar and beat till fluffy. Add egg yolk, vanilla, and almond extract and beat well. Gradually add flour mixture and beat till well mixed. Can tint dough with food coloring.
Put into cookie press and press onto cookie sheet (ungreased). Bake at 400 degrees for 7-8 minutes) makes 30 cookies
