OPAL'S SWEET POTATOES

Delicious Sweet Potato Casserole. Opal does not use exact measurements for the flour and sugar.

Ingredients
- Sweet Potatoes
- Flour
- Sugar
- Half 'n' Half (1 pint)
Preparation
Step 1
Peel and slice sweet potatoes. Boil until medium-soft. Drain and place in a baking dish.
Mix flour and sugar together according to how many potatoes you are cooking. Sprinkle the dry mixture over the potatoes.
Pour Half 'n' Half over the potatoes ~ DO NOT STIR!!
Bake until the potatoes are tender.
