Ingredients
- 1 can cannelloni beans (15 oz)
- 1 roasted red pepper
- 3 T toasted pine nuts
- 1/4 c olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 2 T chopped onions
- Chives for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in food processor and mix until well combined and smooth. Transfer to serving dish top with fresh chives. Serve with pita chips
