- 4 ears of corn
- hass avocado
- 1/4 c fresh cilantro
- 1 T fresh lime juice
- 1 T extra virgin olive oil
- coarse sea salt

Step 1
Heat grill to medium -high. Grill 4 shucked ears of corn, rotation often, until lightly charred..apx 15 minutes. Let cool slightly. Carefully cut kernels from cob. Gently toss with 1 sliced Hass avavacado 1/4 fresh cilantro & 1 t fresh lime juice, 1 T extra virgin olive oil, and 1/2 t coarse salt
