Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 18 Large Mushrooms
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 Cup Green Onions, chopped
  • 6 Slices Bacon, crisp and crumbled
  • Paprika
  • Minced Parsley



Step 1

Clean mushrooms; remove and chop stems. Beat cream cheese until fluffy; mix in stems, onions, and bacon. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps and place in large baking pan; refrigerate 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees until hot through. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
