Cheeseball 1

Ingredients

• 1 pkg cream cheese
• 4 tbsp butter
• 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese
• 1/2 pecans or walnuts, chopped finely

Preparation

Step 1

Cream cream cheese, butter and worcestershire sauce together until smooth and fluffy. Stir in grated cheddar cheese. Shape in a log or into a large ball. Roll in finely chopped pecans or walnuts. Wrap in plastic wrap; chill. Serve with crackers.
