Ingredients
- 2 C torn lettuce
- 1 med apple, cored and cut in chunks
- 2 ounces cooked chicken breast in bite size pieces
- 1/2 C sliced celery
- 1 T dried cranberries
- 1 T slivered almonds (may toast)
- 1 T FF vanilla yogurt
- 1 T FF or lo cal mayo
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
- Mix yogurt, mayo and cinnamon in small bowl
-Combine all other ingredients except lettuce and nuts and stir in dressing
-Serve on lettuce and top with nuts
