Ingredients
- 1 cup of orzo pasta
- 1 seedless cucumber
- Halved cherry or small tomato
- Fresh dill about 1 tablespoon chopped
- Crumbled feta cheese
- Dressing
- Lemon juice and some zest
- Red wine vinegar about 3 tablespoons
- Tablespoon of honey
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta, meanwhile chop cucumbers, dill and tomatoes and add to a bowl with feta. Make dressing whisking the first 5 ingredients and then slowly adding the olive oil. Drain orzo and let cool then combine with other ingredients.
