Ingredients

  • Dip:
  • 1 cup nonfat yogurt or nondairy sour cream
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise or tofu mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Kabobs:
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1 orange, peeled and separated into sections
  • 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 2 kiwi fruit, sliced
  • 6 strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

Preparation

Step 1

Dip: Process the dip ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Kabobs: thread chunks of fruit onto toothpicks, bamboo skewers or plastic swizzle sticks. (remove the pointed ends if you’re serving the kabobs to children) Serve the kabobs with the dip.
