Ingredients
- saba
- salt
- sake
- dashi no moto
- shoyu
- vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Cover bottom of zaru with salt
Pour sake on saba fillets
Place saba fillets on salt
Salt lightly
Let sit for 3 hours
Rinse and dry.
Saok in sake, dashi-no-moto, shoyu, and vinegar for 30-40 minutes
