Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 carrots, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1 large russet potato, cut into 1-inch wedges
- 1/4 c diced onion
- 1 rib celery, diced
- 1 c fat-free, low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients to the slow cooker, and stir to combine, adding chicken last.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
