Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup smooth or crunchy peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter, sugars and peanut butter.
Blend in egg and vanilla.
Add flour with soda and salt, mix well,
Chill 20 -30 minutes
Form dough into balls.
Roll in sugar and place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake @ 37 for 10 to 12 minutes
