Ingredients
- 400g can brown lentils-drained ans crushed with fork.
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup SR flour
- 350 g carsely grated and squeeze zucchini
- 125 g basil pesto feta,crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk milk and eggs- gradually add in flour.
Stir in all other ingredients
Cook spoonfulls over medium heat. Drain and serve
