Ingredients

  • 400g can brown lentils-drained ans crushed with fork.
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup SR flour
  • 350 g carsely grated and squeeze zucchini
  • 125 g basil pesto feta,crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk milk and eggs- gradually add in flour.
Stir in all other ingredients
Cook spoonfulls over medium heat. Drain and serve
