    Tbsp White Wine Vinegar

  • 1

    tsp dijon

  • 1/4

    C olive oil

  • 1.5

    Tbsp pickled ginger, drained

  • 2

    Tbsp finely chopped shallots

  • 2

    tsp chives

Directions

1. Mix Vinegar, dijon, and olive oil in blender to emulsify. 2. Add chopped ginger, shallots, and chives. 3. Blanch/Steam Asparagus, let cool Toss dressing w/ Asparagus & serve a t room temp. .
