  • 1 750ml bottle of Cointreau
  • 1 whole pineapple

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut off the top of the pineapple and cut a large, deep X with a sharp knife into the fruit.
2. Place the pineapple in a large bowl with the cut side facing up.
3. Insert an open bottle of Cointreau into the X, so that the Cointreau'9 can pour into the fruit.
4. Let the pineapple sit with the bottle inside for at least 1 hour so the Cointreau® can absorb into the pineapple.
5. After 1 hour, slice and peel the pineapple in cubes or quarters as desired for serving.
