Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup each white & brown sugar
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 cups of corn flakes
- 1/2 cup broken nut meats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg whites well and add sugars and beat again with 1/2 tsp of salt. (Beating the egg whites and sugar together takes longer but makes a more durable meringue)
Add flour and all other ingredients.
Mixing them in with a folding motion.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on well greased cookie sheet
Bake @ 350 for about 15-20 minutes or until just browned
