Ingredients
- Topping:
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup milk
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs lightly. Add 2 cups sugar and beat well. Add flour and vanilla.
Heat 1 cup milk and 1 stick of butter until bubbly. Add 2 tsp. baking powder. Don't stir. Put with egg mixture. Bake 375 degrees 25-30 minutes in a greased and floured pan.
While cake is hot, rub 1 stick of butter on cake. Mix 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and sprinkle on top of cake.
