Ingredients
- Filling:
- 4 -6 egg whites
- 1 Tablespoon Splenda and cinnamon mix
- 2 drops vanilla
- 2-3 Tablespoons of low-fat cottage cheese or skim ricotta and 1/3 cup berries.
Preparation
Step 1
Whip all ingredients until fluffy and pour into a lightly sprayed non-stick pan.
Cook over medium heat and allow mixture to rise.
Add filling and fold over.
