Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 envelope knox gelatin
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 1-16 oz. can pumpkin
  • 1 carton cool whip

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar, gelatin, salt and spices. Blend in milk and cook until dissolved. Blend in beaten egg and pumpkin. Chill until thick. Fold in cool whip. Spoon into prepared pie shell.
