Ingredients
- 2 cups leftover ham, chopped
- 1 cup finely diced celery
- cup mayonnaise
- cup finely minced sweet onion, and hot pickle relish, drained
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 hard boiled eggs, diced
- Mix all ingredients well. Spread generously on bread!
