Ingredients
- Meringue:
- Crumb Boss Lemon Curd recipe
- 4 egg white
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Unbaked pie shell
Preparation
Step 1
Place egg whites and cream of tartar in the bowl of stand mixer fitted with whisk attachment. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form and then gradually add sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form, approximately 1 to 2 minutes.
Fill Pie shell with lemon curd.
Pile meringue on top of pie, and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
