Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients

  • 6-8 oz. Spaghetti
  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 c. parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. ricotta or cottage cheese
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • spaghetti sauce
  • mozzerella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375' Cook spaghetti, stir in butter, eggs and parmesan cheese. Form mixture into a "crust" in greased 10" pie plate. Spread with ricotta or cottage cheese. Cook ground beef and mix with sauce, pour over ricotta. Cover edges with foil. Bake 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle mozzerella over spaghetti pie and bake until cheese melts, 5-7 mins.
