Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 tsp dill weed
- 1 1/2 tsp dried minced onion
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1 (10 ounce) package fresh baby spinach, torn
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 3 hard cooked egg, sliced
- Thinly sliced red onion (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small bowl or a jar with tight-fitting lid, combine first six
ingredients; mix or shake well. Chill for at least 1 hour. Just before
serving, combine spinach and tomatoes in a large salad bowl. Whisk or shake
dressing; pour over salad and toss.
2. If dressing thickens, thin with additional milk if desired. .
