Spinach Tomato Salad


When you serve this fresh spinach and tomato salad tossed with a

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp dill weed
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried minced onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1 (10 ounce) package fresh baby spinach, torn
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 3 hard cooked egg, sliced
  • Thinly sliced red onion (optional)



Step 1

1. In a small bowl or a jar with tight-fitting lid, combine first six
ingredients; mix or shake well. Chill for at least 1 hour. Just before
serving, combine spinach and tomatoes in a large salad bowl. Whisk or shake
dressing; pour over salad and toss.

2. If dressing thickens, thin with additional milk if desired. .
