Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp walnut oil
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup walnuts halved
  • 1/2 cup flax seed meal
  • 1 cup pitted dates, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey

Preparation

Step 1

Brush rimmed baking sheet with 2 tbsp oil.

Whisk 2 tbsp oil, sugar, egg whites, and salt in large bowl,
Add oats, walnuts and flax seed. toss well

Spread mixture on baking sheet.

Bake 15 mins and stir.

Bake 15 more min and stir. Sprinkle with dates and honey.

Bake 10 mins.
