Ingredients

  • 2 tbls minced garlic
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1-3 tbls olive oil
  • 10 med. red potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375

Peel and slice potatoes thinly and arrange in 9x13 lightly oiled pan.

In bowl, whisk together garlic, rosemary and oil. Drizzle potato layer with oil mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake 30-45 minutes.
