Ingredients
- 1 18 1/4 oz. package white or yellow cake mix
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Fill paper cupcake liners 2/3 full.
Cream sugar with cream cheese; beat in egg and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop a rounded teaspoon of cream cheese mixture onto each cupcake. Bake as directed on cake mix box.
