Chocolate Royal Icing

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pure CANE powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 7 tablespoons warm water
  • 3 tablespoons powdered egg whites (meringue powder)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix powdered sugar, cocoa and egg whites.

Slowly add warm water and beat until icing is medium consistency. Use full strength for outlining and dilute with more water for thin consistency as needed.
