Horseradish Cranberry Spread ***

The first time I had this was when Amy made it for New Year's Eve.

Ingredients
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup minced onion
- 2 T horseradish
- 1/2 ts salt
- if using dry minced onion, don't save leftovers, the flavor becomes over powering.
- 1-8 oz block of cream cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine everything except cream cheese in saucepan. Bring to a boil.
2. Refrigerate to chill 1-8 hours.
3. Spread over cream cheese, serve with crackers.
