Crisfield Crab Fondue *****

Grandad loved making this dip, it brings back warm memories.

Ingredients

  • 1 # crab (remove any cartlidge)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 6 oz Gruyere swiss cheese(grated)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 ts lemon pepper
  • 1/4 cup cooking sherry
  • French Bread cut into cubes for dipping.

Preparation

Step 1

1. Melt cheeses in microwave safe bowl, add milk, seasonings and sherry.

2. Heat slightly longer to mix ingredients.

3. Add crabmeat, gently stir to mix.
Heat until hot.

4. Serve with bread cubes.
