Ingredients
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbspn fresh rosemary
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 chicken breasts- halved horizontally
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all seasonings in bowl with maple syrup. Add chicken to coat-marinate.
Heat oil in pan.Cook drained chicken over medium heat
Optional Addition
(Use pork fillet or chops)
1 pear in 1cm slices
1tbsn white balsamic vinegar
1 tbsn wholegrain mustard
100g baby spinach
Cook pear in pan after pork. Add extra ingredients to pan and bring to boil. Serve with fresh leaves.
