- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise, low-fat
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard, any flavor
- 1 ounce cheese, Swiss, low-fat
- 1 ounce lean pork tenderloin, roasted
- 1 1/2 ounces ham, lean, reduced sodium
