Cheese Crisps

Ingredients

  • 4 regular size flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup taco sauce
  • sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Place tortillas on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with the grated cheese to the edges of the tortilla. Place under pre-heated broiler for 5 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly and the tortilla chips are well-browned on the edges. Cut into wedges and serve with taco sauce and sour cream.
