Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups soda water
- 2 tsp lime juice concentrate
- 6 oz frozen lemonade concentrate, defrosted
- 6 Tbsp creme de menthe or creme de menthe topping
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine sugar and soda water in a saucepan and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add lime and lemonade concentrate. Bring to a full boil.
2. Remove from heat and add creme de menthe. Chill.
3. To serve, combine 3 parts syrup with 5 parts chilled water and ice.
