Crumb Boss Red Velvet Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • Vanilla Cheesecake:
  • 1 pound cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 8"inch layers baked red velvet cake.

Preparation

Step 1

Cream cream cheese, sugar eggs. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Mix in 1 inch chunks of one 1 8" red velvet cake.

Pour into cake pan. Bake in water bath for 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Unmold cheesecake onto 1 8" layer cake. Ice with cream cheese icing recipe. Garnish sides of cake with red velvet cake crumbs. Trim with buttercream/cream cheese icing mix swirled in mounds. Decorate with red flowers.
