Ingredients
- 3 lb boneless pork shoulder blade roast
- 8 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tsps ground coriander
- 2 tsps ground cumin
- 2 tsps dried oregano
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 cup broth- beef

Preparation
Step 1
Trim fat from meat. Make a rub of all dry ingredients and rub onto meat. Place in slow cooker and add beef broth. When cooked reserve liquid and pull pork into shreds with 2 forks adding liquid back in to desired moistness
Slow cooker. 8-10 hours low
Or 4-5 on high
325 oven- covered 2 1/2 to 3 hours
