Quick & Easy Pineapple stuffing: a sweet side

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup (1 stick) butter at room temperature
- 1 Cup sugar (I use Splenda)
- 5 eggs
- 1 Can (16 oz) crushed pineapple
- 5 slices white bread, cut into small pieces (approx. 2 1/4 cup)

Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees, In a large bowl with an electric mixer cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in pineapple, then bread pieces. Spread mixture in a buttered 2-quart casserole dish or 9"X13" baking pan. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour.
