Ingredients
- 100 g ground lamb (30% fat)
- 20 g pistachios, coarsely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 5 g fresh cilangro, coarsely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients until uniformly blended.
Form into sausage shape by wrapping plastic.
Chill until ready.
Heat grill on high for 15 minutes.
Grill sausage until medium well or desired doneness.
Serve with Tomato Butter Sauce
To serve:
Warm up flatbread or tortilla shell.
Add 3 tbsp of garlic yogurt, spread evenly. Lay down 1/2 tomato, thinly sliced, cilantro sprigsn, and thinly sliced red onion.
Place sausage on to and drizzle with tomato butter sauce.
Wrap firmly and cut on a bias. Drizzle with more tomato butter sauce.
