- 1 1/2 cup dark corn syrup 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup butter
- 3 eggs 1/8 teaspoon salt
Cook brown sugar and corn syrup slowly for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Beat eggs stirring all the time add butter salt and nuts. Pour into pan lined with unbaked pastry. When you reset dial to 325 move pie below center of oven. Preheat oven to 450 bake 10 minutes. Reset dial to 325 and bake 25 t0 30 minutes more.
