Ingredients
- 4-6 chicken breasts or several chicken tenders (I just like to put them in frozen out of the bag.)
- 3 slices uncooked bacon
- 2 cans Cream of Chicken soup.
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp. chicken bouillon
Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken and bacon in crock pot. Add soup, broth, and bouillon. Cook on low for four hours if using chicken tenders. If I'm using chicken breasts, I like to cut them into the size of chicken tenders for this recipe. If you're cooking whole breasts, cook on low for about 6 hours or high for 4. About an hour before serving, add cream cheese and stir in when melted. Remove bacon before serving, and serve with mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, or rice.
