Crumb Boss Vanilla Cake

Ingredients

• 4 Eggs
• 2 c Sugar
• 1 T Vanilla estract
• 2 c all pourpose Flour, sifted
• 2 tsp Baking Powder
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 4 oz Butter
• 1 c Milk

Preparation

Step 1

In mixer bowl add eggs. Mix 5 minutes. Add sugar a little at a time. Add flour, baking powder and salt a little at a time until combined well.

Melt butter in milk. By hand with hand whisk incorporate a little batter into butter/milk mixture to keep it light. Add a little more batter again. Add to the rest of batter, keeping light and fluffy and aerated. Mix in extract.

Pour into greased cake pans.

Bake 325 degrees to 350 degrees until center is springy to the touch.
