Peanut Butter Ramen with Chicken

  • 2 (3 oz) pkgs. ramen noodles, any flavor
  • 1 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • try adding
  • sweet chili sauce
  • garlic
  • chicken
  • green onions

Preparation

Step 1

Remove seasoning packets from ramen packages and discard or reserve for another use.

In sa medium saucepan over high heat, bring 4 cups water to a boil. Break up noodles and add to boiling wat3r; cook for 3 minutes or until tender. Drain noodles and return to saucepan; set side.

In a medium skillet over medium-low heat, warm peanut butter. When it begins to melt, add soy sauce and oil; stir until well blended. Add cooked noodles and toss until evenly coated and heated through.

Serve immediately
