Crumb Boss White Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 8 oz White Chocolate
  • 3 oz Milk
  • 2 T Gelatin Powder
  • 1/4 c Water
  • 2 T Confectioners Sugar
  • 2 c Heavy Cream, whipped

Preparation

Step 1

In mixing bowl add melted white chocolate. Heat milk in microwave and add to white chocolate.mix. In small bowl place water and gelatin powder until dissolved about 5 minutes. Mix gelatin mixture to bowl of white chocolate mixture. Whip heavy cream and add confectioners' sugar. Stir in whipped heavy cream a little at a time to bowl. Refrigerate until cold. Yield 1 1/2 Qt
