California Citrus Cake

Ingredients
- 4 eggs 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 package 2 layer yellow cake mix 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 package 3 3/4 ounce lemon instant pudding 2 Tablespoon grated orange rind
- 3/4 cup water Fresh orange slices
- 1/2 cup cooking oil

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs. Add cake mix pudding water and oil. Beat 10 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool in pan.
Glaze:
Combine and heat to boiling sugar and orange juice. Stir in orange rind. Cool. When cake is cool remove from pan. Put on plate. Drizzle glaze over cake. Garnish with orange slices.
