Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 10 oz Brussels sprouts, trimmed & halved

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Line baking pan with non stick foil. Mix oil, garlic, salt and pepper in large ziplock bag. add sprouts, seal and turn to coat. Spread on prepared baking pan. Roast 15 minutes or until tender crisp when pierced.
