Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz) can tidbit pineapple
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tbls. flour
- 1 egg
- 1-1/2 tsp. vinegar
- 1 80z. Cool Whip
- 2 cups (peel on) diced apple
- 1 - 1/2 cups cocktail peanuts (unsalted if available)

Preparation
Step 1
Drain pineapple juice and set aside.
In a bowl, mix pineapple and marshmallow. Refrigerste for an 1hr.
In a small saucepan, whisk flour, sugar, pineapple juice, beaten egg, and vinegar. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Cool in refrigerator.
In a large bowl, mix pineapple mixture, apples, peanuts, Cool Whip, and cooled juice mixture.
Mix thoroughly.
